"One-Line" Downline

A FAST AND CONVENIENT WAY TO BUY & SELL YOUR $ECs. Whenever members of your downline purchase $ECs, they do so directly from you via any Payment Method you desire. If you do not have sufficient $ECs, you can then buy directly from the next qualified upline sponsor via The Exchange. This is an extremely valuable tool and works perfectly if you have not recruited anyone into MCE, but have sufficient $ECs to sell. Everyone who joins MCE after you and upgrades is automatically placed in your downline. Therefore, no matter who recruits them, regardless of how many levels deep, they may purchase from you if you are the next willing upline with available funds to sell.

MCE EXCHANGE works in the following way.

Your downline buys directly from you, but if you do not have sufficient $ECs or are not willing to sell, they simply choose to click the Exchange Tab in their Back Office and purchase from the next available seller.  

If that person is not ready to sell, then we search for the next in line according to when they joined and complete the purchase from that member. Therefore, if this is someone who joined MCE after you and you are next in-line with sufficent $ECs, then you automatically make the sale, regardless of who introduced them.

EVERYONE who joins after you is in your MCE Exchange downline for the purpose of selling $ECs.

IMPORTANT: Everyone who fails to Exchange $ECs during the previous Calendar Month will automatically move to the end of the line and be placed in your downline providing you have made an exchange or just joined this month. This favors the active members and gives those who joined later a chance to experience the true power of our system.

• Exchanging $ECs means transferring to another Member for payment or buying Advertising Credits (Free) from the Ad Rotator or Exchanging them for one of our Value added services.
  
  
• The order in which members are moved back under you favor those that have recruited the most members. So it is important to introduce members as this increases the amount of sales that you will make directly with your team and also because it always gives you a higher positioning should you not make any transfers in the previous month.

MCE maintains a Single-Leg Downline of Members and you are always Guaranteed to be in-line to sell your $ECs. Please be aware that those who recruit are alway in a better position to sell their $ECs faster.

Example: Lets assume that the following people joined MCE and have the Account Balances ( ) to the right of the name. Members who have not upgraded their account are not included into this structure until they have upgraded.

Patricia - Wants to buy $EC-500

Patricia wants to purchase $500 of ECs with PayPal, but her sponsor Mary* only has $EC-100. Therefore, the MCE automatically looks for the date and time that Patricia joined. It then searches backwards in chronological order for the next person that joined before Patricia with sufficient $ECs to sell. It sees that Ron is willing and has $EC-8,000. MCE automatically exchanges with Ron. Remember that Ron may not be Mary's Direct Sponsor, but Mary joined after Ron and was automatically placed somewhere under Ron - it could be a 100 levels deep!

If Patricia wanted to purchase only $EC-200, then she would make the purchase from Andrea who has $EC-250. However, if Andrea did not want to reduce her Account Balance, then MCE would direct Patricia to make the purchase from Sam who has $EC-400 and is willing to sell $250 worth.

IMPORTANT: You control your automated sales system by turning it "ON" or "OFF" from within your back office. Therefore, if you desire to make passive income, YOU must have sufficient credit and be ready to sell.
