GENERAL

Q. What are my risks in joining MCE?
Your potential financial risk is the dollar amount of $ECs you buy from your sponsor. Unless you agree otherwise with your sponsor, there can be no refunds. Of course, you can participate for FREE. You should load your account with a minimum of $100 in order to gain the true effect of MyCashExchange's power. Should you decide to upgrade your account by purchasing additional $ECs, then we strongly recommend that you spend no more than you can comfortably afford to spend for advertising.

It is important to understand that the Company never buys or sells $ECs for its own account. Members do not pay the Company any membership fees or deposit money with the Company. The only time the Company receives money from members is when they make transfers from their account. This is designed to ensure the stability of the company and its ability to provide the platform from which members can make money.

The MyCashExchange accounting system is absolutely transparent. Members can access in real time their account stats and details of their referrals. Members are totally safeguarded in terms of their referrals, who are obliged to purchase all $ECs to upgrade their account from their sponsor. In this way we try to ensure that members can convert their $ECs into cash.

If you still consider the risk too great, please don't join.

Q. When my account balance grows to the next higher level, will I receive the higher percentage of return?
A. Yes, your daily payout rate is calculated based on your current account balance. The daily percentage paid is automatically increased when your daily balance reaches the relevant level.

Q. Are there any limits to the amount I can build-up in my account?
A. Yes, account values on free accounts will cap at $EC 1,000.00. At that point no further credits will be made to your account. You should aim to maintain your account balance at a level that will maximize your monthly income. 

Q. What should I do when my account reaches $EC 1,000?
A. There are 4 alternatives:

  1. Upgrade to a higher account level.
  2. Sell some of your credits to advertisers.
  3. Introduce new members and transfer credits to their account.
  4. Exchange your credits for advertising.

Q. Will I have fees to pay when I transfer funds to my new account?
A. Yes, you will incur a transfer fee when you move funds from your account for whatever reason. The fees are from 2% to 10% of the amount of transfer. All fees are based on the account status that you maintain. You can upgrade whenever you like as per the chart in your back office and on the Home Page.

Q. How does MCE make money?
MCE is a provider of direct response marketing. The Company offers email promotions and web site appraisals through their members. To extend its business internationally it has developed this program. MCE also receives payment from members in the form of transfer fees. This amounts to between 2% and 10% of all transfers members make from their account. These fees cover the cost of providing the MCE program.

Q. Can I trust you? What makes you different from other opportunities on the web?
A. There is no need to trust us. We do not hold your money. We pay you in $ECs and make an administration charge only when you cash in your credits by transferring them from your account. Membership is free. At no time will you ever be asked to pay membership fees or deposit money with the Company.

We have designed this concept to ensure that members are protected in their daily efforts to make money on the Internet. The only payments you make are to upgrade your account, and this money is paid directly to the member who introduced you.

Likewise, all members you sponsor must buy their $ECs from you when they wish to upgrade their accounts.

MyCashExchange simply provides account management. You are totally free to cash in all or part of your available to transfer balance by transferring funds to new members or advertisers. You are in complete control of your business.

Q. I don't have any business experience can I still make money?
If you don't have any business or marketing experience, or for that matter, a great deal of time to devote to a new business, then MyCashExchange is ideal for you. Every part of the program has been designed to automate your membership requirements.

If members you have sponsored wish to upgrade their account, you are automatically informed and asked whether you wish to sell $ECs. You can if you wish simply place your $ECs in the Exchange to be sold. This truly is a business from which you can profit with little or no experience.

Q. Can I participate without paying any money?
Yes. New members are automatically gifted $EC5.00, which are placed in their account. This means that once you activate your account you will begin earning a 1% daily commission on the $EC5.00. At the end of the month, provided you have qualified, your account will have grown to $EC6.73. And will continue to grow each month that you qualify.

Q. Can I upgrade my account?
Yes. You can upgrade your account by transferring more $ECs into it. You will obtain these first from the member who sponsored you or you can purchase from the Exchange. If you prefer to use another payment processor, just contact use via the Contact Form and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Depending on the balance in your account, daily commissions will increase from 1%, to 1.5% and finally to 2%. In addition if you are an active recruiter, you can qualify for an additional 0.5%, taking you to 2.5%.

Q. What are the benefits of upgrading my account level?
A. The obvious benefit is that you will earn more daily commissions (payable in $ECs), for the same qualification.

Q. What is the minimum amount I can upgrade with?
A. The minimum upgrade is $EC10.00. All upgrades must be made in multiples of $EC10.00.

Q. How will I get paid?
A. Daily commission payments of $ECs are made into your account. The amount you receive is determined each day by the balance in your account. The percentage paid daily will be between 1% & 2.5%, determined by the daily balance of $ECs in your account.

You can transfer $ECs from your account at any time, subject only to the pre-payment of the Transfer Fee. You can turn your $ECs into cash by selling them to advertisers, to members you sponsor, or to purchase goods or services from companies that accept $ECs.

Q. I haven't received my confirmation of account email - what should I do?
A. The Email may have been inadvertently filtered to your junk mail folders, so check there first. Also, many email programs don't receive the emails from MyCashExchange unless you add them to your address book. However, the first line of action is to go to www.mycashexchange.com and log into the members area. Check that your account is active. From there you will locate all of the information that you require to operate your business. We have also added the Welcome Letter to the bottom of the FAQ's.

Q. Should anything happen to my payment processor, what would happen to my account?
A. It is highly unlikely that any of the payment processors we use will close down, but it is always possible. If your payment processor suspends MyCashExchange's account, or issues a chargeback, you cannot hold the Company responsible. If you have funds lodged with your payment processors MyCashExchange cannot be held responsible if the processor fails. If you have any reservations, please contact the payment processors directly. Please choose a payment processor you feel you can trust.

MyCashExchange also reserves the right to suspend an account if the member fails to return to us the money from a chargeback. When a chargeback occurs, the payment processors will debit the money from our account, which is held in trust by them. When this happens, we do not receive the payment due, and thus reserve the right to suspend a member's account until the situation is rectified.

Q. Am I charged an account maintenance fee?
A. No charges are made by the Company either to open an account or to maintain it. However, the Company retains the right to close an account which has been inactive and has not qualified for a period of three months.

Q. How do I fund my account?
A. You can only fund your MyCashExchange account with Exchange Credits [$EC]. To obtain $EC you should in the first instance offer to buy them from the member who introduced you. If your sponsor does not have the available ECs, then you can buy $ECs from the Exchange or any other member.

You are free to negotiate with the Member as to the form in which you pay for your $EC. You can, if you the Exchanger accepts, pay by cheque, credit card or whatever means you agree to.

PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Q. How do I set up and e-currency account?
A. To open an e-Gold, e-Bullion and/or PayPal Account follow these instructions. 
Every member must have one of those accounts. So, as a member before you can pay fees for transfers from your account you will have to register with MCE the payment processor you wish to use.

If you have more than one account you can have a different payment processor for each account.

The steps you need to follow to establish an account are as follows:

•  Open your e-Gold , e-Bullion, PayPal or Solid Trust Pay accounts.

•  If you chose e-Gold as your payment processor first open your londongoldexchange.com account.

• Your e-Gold account is an e-currency account and requires another service to fund it. You cannot just send money directly to e-Gold. There are e-currency exchangers that perform this task. A list of them is given on the e-Gold web site.

ACCOUNT OPENING

Q. How do I open my Account?
A. Click on the link either at the right side or the bottom of this page. Complete the registration form and then press Register. Be sure to enter ALL the information and read the note to the right of the Join Form.

Q. After I press Register, how will I receive my password?
A. You will automatically receive a temporary password with instructions to log in and change it for one of your own choice. Upon so doing, you will be the only person who knows your password. We will also send you a confirmation email to verify your email address.  You are also redirected to a "successfully registered page" that will provide your new temporary password. It is always best to make note of this as not all emails are received.

WARNING - It is absolutely imperative that you are able to receive an email from mycashexchange.com. Therefore, please make sure that you have checked your bulk email folders and enter our details in any spam blocking programs that you may have running. It would also be wise to place mycashexchange in your white or friends list.

Q. Can I open more than one account in my name?
A. Yes, however - only one account per email address is accepted.

Q. How can I change my email address or password?
A. Log into your account and click on Profile. From there you can change your information.

Q. What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?
A. Click on the Forgot Password link that is on the upper right section of each page, enter your registered email address and you will be given another temporary password. Complete the steps as before and you will have full access to your account.

COMMISSION PAYMENTS

Q. When are the daily credits calculated? How do you process them?
A. Your account is credited daily by 9 a.m. GMT. You will receive 1% to 2.5% addition to your account balance according to your account level at the time the credits are processed.

Q. How do I receive payment?
A. When you complete a sale of services offered or help to fund another member's account (i.e. transfer funds), the new member will pay you directly (in whatever e-currency or hard currency you accept) and then you will pay a transfer fee to the company according to your account status.

Provided that you have sufficient funds in your account balance, you are never restricted to the time or amount of funds that you can transfer.

Q. Is it possible to convert $ECs to money?
Yes. There are three ways to convert your Exchange Credits into cash in three ways:

    1. You can sell them to the members you have sponsored.
    2. You can sell them to companies who wish to use the MCE Advertising Services.
    3. You can sell them through the Exchange.

Q. Can I pay my transfer fee with credits.
A. No. All transfer fees must be paid through an accepted payment processor. These fees are used to support your company. The fees pay for administration, management, server support and upgrades.

QUALIFICATION

Q. Do I have to qualify for commissions.
Yes. View a minimum of 10 web pages (surf) per day. Qualification is credited in daily amounts and explained further on the site.

Q. How important are these qualifications to the program?
A. Extremely important. To make money members must convert their $ECs into cash. The quickest way is to sell the MCE marketing services to advertisers. But those advertisers will only be willing to pay for these services if the services provide the results they seek.

COMPANY STATEMENT

MyCashExchange has a strict privacy policy. Under no circumstances will the company disclose any member's details to third parties without the member's consent.

FUNDING

Q. How can I fund my account?
A. When you wish to upgrade your account you should first contact the member who sponsored you and ask that member to sell you $ECs. If your sponsor has insufficient $ECs, you can buy the $EC from the Exchange. If you still have questions regarding this, please submit a Ticket via the Contact Form..

Q. How long does it take to fund my account?
A. You will receive 100% of the agreed amount in your account balance immediately.

Q. Can I increase my funds at a later date?
A. Yes, you may upgrade your account as often as you desire.

Q. How do I check my account balances?
A. You can access account information 24 hours, seven days a week over the Internet by logging into your account.

REFERRALS

Q. How can I refer people to MyCashExchange?
Each member is assigned a unique referral link. You can view yours by going to your Profile page in the members area. Look at the bar 'Referral Link' and it will show your personal link.

It will look something like: http://www.mycashexchange.com/?ref=USERNAME .

Q. How can I view the total number of referrals I have?
A. You need to log into your account and from within the Summary page, press the 'View Direct Referrals' link. You will then see the whole list.

Q. What does the link in the Profile section called 'Referral Link' mean?
A. It shows the link you can give other people in order to refer them to the MCE web site and benefit from our referral program. People who join via your link will be placed directly under you and are required to buy $ECs from you first if they wish to upgrade their account.

Q. Are there any other Referral Bonuses?
A. Yes. When you, or anyone you have introduced, together have introduced 50 new members who have upgraded their account, you will automatically be credited with an additional ½% daily. This allows you to earn up to 2 ½% daily. We have programmed our database to keep a record of every referral so that you will automatically receive your extra credits once you and your associated members hit 50 referrals. If you account is not credited with the extra ½%, please contact us so that we can immediately make it right.

Also, when anyone clicks your link and lands on the MCE site, a cookie is set on the prospect's browser. This will help to ensure that the individual will be registered under you. This is extremely important for 2 reasons:

  • Everyone you introduce will want to buy their $EC from you when they wish to upgrade their account.

  • So please go to your SUMMARY SECTION NOW. There you will see your Referral link. Display this referral link as often as possible. Then you will be on the road to promoting your MyCashExchange site. Everybody who joins via your link means money in your pocket. Virtually without effort!

2. YOUR INTERNAL MESSAGING SYSTEM
Each MyCashExchange account has it own messaging system. You can access this via the Messages Tab at the top of your Administration section upon log in. This is a great tool for communicating with your organization. You can promote services, exchange $EC etc. Please be careful to not abuse this service as we do reserve the right to block its usage if we receive too many complaints.
