NO EXCHANGE FEES WHEN BUYING ADVERTISING - Sept 24, 08
Members are now able to purchase Advertising Credits with their $ECs without having to pay a Transfer Fee. This is now a 100% FREE Transfer and will be conducted by submitting using the Contact form and requesting that MCE Exchanges the Members $ECs or Advertising Credits in the Ad Rotator. Please include your username and the amount of Advertising Credits you require. $EC1 = 1 Advertising Credit.
